- Corrections: a link to the changed rule (network bulletin, regulator page, bank policy). Sourced corrections ship fastest of anything.
- "My hold is stuck" questions: we're not your bank and can't see or release your money, but the removal guide contains everything we'd tell you, including the scripts.
- Partnerships & press: what you're proposing and a link. We answer honest proposals honestly.
What we can't do
Release holds (only merchants and banks can), give personal financial advice (we're not licensed advisers, and say so), or sell you anything (there's nothing for sale).
Privacy note
Emailing us shares your address with us and our mail provider. That's it, and it's the only way any personal data ever reaches Holdeta. The website itself collects nothing. Details in the privacy policy.
